I’ll admit I liked “Fancy.” It’s catchy, stupid, and easy to tune out while commuting to work. Unfortunately though for Iggy it appears that no one really liked that track aside from me, considering that no one is buying tickets to see her on tour. Or maybe her lack of ticket sales has more to do with the fact that her raps are mostly incomprehensible rather than the fact that “Fancy” became so overplayed on the radio this summer that it made my ears bleed whenever it popped up. Could it be both though? “Fancy” has become an overplayed dreck of a track, but what about Iggy’s rapping ability in front of a live audience?
