A few days ago Donald Trump talked with Barbara Walters during a televised interview in which he stated that he was “the worst thing that’s ever happened to ISIS.” Hm. Well, okay – those are definitely words put together in a coherent and grammatically correct sentence. But is there any truth to them? Does your average American feel the same way?
The crew over at Jimmy Kimmel Live decided to put Trump’s words to the test and went out on the streets of Los Angeles to see if when asked to finish the sentence “Donalt Trump is the worst thing that ever happened to __________” whether people would say “ISIS” or like, I don’t know, “hair plugs” or “Mexicans.” How long did it take before someone finally said ISIS? Well you’ll have to watch and find out….but SPOILER ALERT: it takes a while. A loooooooong while.
