Rust Cohle hilariously explains ‘infinity’ to children

What if complicated and grim Rust Cohle from True Detective was alone in a room with children to fill their heads with dreary philosophies? This is exactly the premise in this amazing AT&T commercial spoof. You’ve seen the very popular AT&T commercials with Beck Bennett interviewing children, but now actor Ross Marquand, who does a spot-on impression of Rust Cohle, interviews kids for this dark, but funny parody of the ad. Marquand captures the depressing nature of Matthew McConaughey’s character while still keeping it fun. Marguand gives the young kids a very real and entertaining education about “infinity,” with raw lessons of existential nihilism and other advanced reasoning that is well-beyond the children’s comprehension.
