“Silicon Valley” star T.J. Miller was arrested in Hollywood for allegedly hitting his Uber driver.
The comedian and actor was picked up from the GQ Men of the Year party around 1 a.m. on Friday morning. Then during the ride they got into a heated argument about President-elect Donald Trump.

Allegedly, the argument escalated to the point that Miller smacked the driver in the head when he was dropped off at his house.

Apparently, the Uber driver brought piss to a shit fight and Miller smacked the man.

The driver then made a citizen’s arrest. Wait. You can actually do that? That can’t help Miller’s Uber rating.
The police arrived and arrested Erlich Bachman. Miller was released on $20,000 bail. The driver is said to not have any visible injuries.
Miller must subscribe to the “Any publicity is good publicity” philosophy as his new movie “Office Christmas Party” opens today.
