‘Undercover Boss’ Rewards Employee With A Boob Job For Meeting Her Goals

Undercover Boss visited Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill on Sunday and as if the name of the restaurant wasn’t enough to pique viewers curiosity they certainly got people’s attention when the owner of Bikinis offered to buy one of his waitresses named Grace the breast augmentation of her dreams as an incentive to perform at a high level.

During the episode, Doug Guller, the founder and CEO of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, not only made this offer to Grace, but he also gave a kitchen employee some long overdue benefits and pay, and oh yeah, fired a woman for not wearing a bikini on camera. Classy guy.

The CEO gifted one employee, a kitchen supervisor named Henry, with “an overdue raise, back pay tied to his long-ago promotion and a $10,000 trip for his family,” while another named Meagan received an 8 percent raise, better insurance, fully paid dental work for her daughter and $10,000 to help with her family’s move to another home.

Interestingly, the third employee (who has been fired from the chain at least four times in her three-year tenure, openly hates her bosses and constantly shows up late) was also rewarded — but with a catch.

The employee, named Grace, would receive the breast augmentation she’d always wanted, paid for by Bikinis — but if, and only if, she could demonstrate above-par work for six months. Failure to do so would end the deal. (via)

Needless to say, some people were not pleased by his motivational tactics.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see what Undercover Boss does to follow-up this controversial episode, which I suppose was kind of the point, wasn’t it? Damn them…
