Netflix Just Dropped The Trailer For ANOTHER ‘Wet Hot American Summer’ Series So GET HYPED

Excellent news, bros, Netflix just announced a new Netflix original series Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later, a sequel to the Wet Hot American Summer movie and the hugely successful and hilarious Netflix original series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp. The new series just got its first teaser trailer (seen below), and Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later is set to debut some time in 2017, so we’ve got a little bit of a wait ahead of us.

Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later will feature 8 all new 30 minute episodes, and if it’s anything like the most recent Wet Hot release from Netflix it’s going to be funny as hell. Now here’s the very first teaser trailer for Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later, just released by Netflix:

I’m going to tell you bros something that very few people know. Before I watched the Netflix original series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp I’d never actually watched the Wet Hot American Summer movie in full. I don’t really have a good excuse for why I didn’t watch it other than the movie came out at a time when I was younger and wasn’t ready to laugh at that style of comedy yet. Flash forward to a few months ago when I watched the Netflix original series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp and I was telling anyone that would listen to me that it was one of the funniest seasons of TV ever filmed.

After watching the series on Netflix I finally got around to watching the original movie, and while it helped me make some sense of things in the TV series I don’t really feel like I missed out by watching the Netflix series before the movie, because both were still hilarious as fuck. I suppose this is all just a really long winded way for me to tell you bros that you don’t need to have seen the the Wet Hot American Summer movie, or Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp on Netflix before watching this third part in the series, because you’ll find it funny as shit either way.
