Last night deadmau5's fiance Kat Von D took to Twitter to tell the world that it was onward and upward after learning learning of her man's alleged infidelities.

Now I've ended relationships in all sorts of ways and while I wouldn't call myself a specialist or anything, I can roughly say that being dumped in public on Twitter has got to be one of the worst ways to go about it. Of course deadmau5 (real name Joel Zimmerman) couldn't leave his end silent and chose to answer via his Facebook page basically denying it all as you may have expected. It's not out of this world to think that it may have happened but given deadmau5's general aura of 'anti-celebrity', this is some certified TMZ stuff.
All i am saying on the matter:
Kat and I split in November and I moved back home to Toronto. During this time, while we were broken up, I did have relations with another woman. Following that, Kat and I reconciled and I acknowledged being intimate with another person while we were estranged.
We did move past those issues and I proposed to Kat in mid- December. At the end of June, it was clear that the relationship was not working and we mutually ended the engagement. I was not, at any point, unfaithful to Kat during our time together.
I don't wish to go tit for tat with these kinds of pronouncements and don't expect to comment further, but I do believe that those who have expressed concern deserve a more complete understanding of what transpired.
Having promised a bunch of new music after having just got out of his (publicly-known much dispised) deal with Ultra Music and debuting his brand new mau5bot stage setup in Las Vegas, this is probably just about the last thing that deadmau5 wanted to deal with right now. There are screencaps of Kat Von D accusing deadmau5 of getting girls pregnant and multiple others while they were together but what I'm asking is, if all this happened when they were on break and they aired it out prior is there really an issue? I'll leave that for you guys.
