I’ll be straight — It’s been nothing short of amazing to watch DJ/producer Tim Gunter get bigger and bigger and bigger every single year. A couple years ago we gave him free reign over the BroBible Soundcloud account, which he peppered with some of the best rising electronic dance music talent in the game. That same year he MC’d the shit out of our SXSW throwdown at Trinity Hall, keeping the dance floor sweaty as fuck until Riff Raff showed up well after midnight.
Now in L.A., he’s still behind the tables at some of the best dance parties in America and distinctly carving out his niche in the scene with his original remixes.
As long as I have anything to do with it, Gunt is forever family to us here at BroBible. So this afternoon I’m stoked to tell you about his Fall 2016 mix. It’s easily one of his most exciting projects to date. If you’re planning on throwing a dance party over the next couple months, it’s a must-have.
Mixes are essential to a DJs repertoire. I’ve always used them as a way to not only show people new music, but to show people what I’ve been listening to. I put together this mix of some tracks I’ve really been into lately. Some old, some new, and even some unreleased music from yours truly. Enjoy.
