Here’s The Quick-Hit Abs Workout Cristiano Ronaldo Uses To Maintain His Shredded Six-Pack
Every now and then we come across a workout and/or diet plan that is followed by someone famous. We’ve shared the brutal workout plan Brad Pitt used to get shredded for Fight Club. We’ve shared the workout regimen Henry Cavill used to become the “Man of Steel.” We’ve even shared the workout program Alison Brie used to prep herself for GLOW. And don’t even get us started on The Rock.
So when I ran across this abs workout that soccer superstar and 2016’s richest athlete in the world Cristiano Ronaldo uses I figured it might be something that would be of interest to you. I know it certainly is to me. Anyone that makes his kind of money and dates the kind of women that he does is someone I have no problem trying to emulate.
Granted, none of us have his resources or free time, but perhaps there are some parts of his quick-hit abs routine that we can use to benefit our bodies as well.

The following go-anywhere abs routine was curated by Ronaldo’s fitness pro, Nike trainer Joaquin Juan. (He’s also provided Ronaldo’s legs workout on the app, which will help you hone better strength and agility).
“Because the core functions to stabilize the entire body, maintain proper muscular and joint stability, and allow for proper biomechanics, core workouts are critical to Cristiano’s health and longevity as an athlete,” Juan said about his programs for Ronaldo in a press release.
