While Shelby’s F-150 Super Snake may not be the best vehicle for offroading, this mean machine is ready smoke anything it meets on the streets. The F-150 Super Snake is powered by a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that pumps out 750 horsepower, which is 300 hp more than the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.
“From the sharp handling suspension to the thundering 750 horses and pure American styling, it’s a remarkable vehicle. One of our goals was to offer the truck in limited numbers to preserve exclusivity and potential collectability,” says Shelby American president Gary Patterson.
Besides what’s under the hood, the 2017 Shelby American F-150 SS is absolutely stunning with aggressive styling that is sure to scare off any potential street racing competitors.
The suped-up F-150 sports 22-inch retro chrome wheels, new grille, ground effects, fender flares, and a new hood with a massive scoop. The F-150 Super Snake is available in six factory Ford colors, and dual racing stripes, as well as a side stripe, are available. The Super Snake is available in 2×4 and 4×4 configurations.
