Dwyane Wade may have three NBA rings that includes a bunch of diamonds and gold, but it’s a customized pair of his Bicion shoes that are actually worth a hell of a lot more than any jewelry he owns—as in $4 million worth.
Bicion, a New York-based lifestyle brand, teamed up with designer Dan Gamache to create these very expensive kicks, which includes hundreds of carats of tailor-made white diamond pieces and blue sapphires set in 18k gold on D-Wade’s Li-Ning Way of Wade 4’s.
Called “The Fire Monkey,” the shoes are meant to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and, at $4 million, should never be worn in public unless they have their own personal security to protect them from getting dirty.
The good news? At least the proceeds from whomever is crazy enough to buy these will go to Soles4Souls, a non-profit that helps fight poverty through shoes and clothing.
