Check out highlights from the event and a sneak peek at the products – out today, August 27th, via Samsung.com
Galaxy Z Fold3 5G
The Galaxy Z Fold3 is the third iteration of Samsung’s foldable device and exemplifies how two screens are better than one. Folded, it’s a premium 6.2-inch smartphone. Unfolded, it offers a tablet-like experience with a 7.6-inch screen. As the world’s first foldable phone with uninterrupted viewing display, it’s a game changer. And they’ve made their foldable phone even more durable with an IPX8 water resistance rating. The Galaxy Z Fold3 is also Samsung’s lightest fold yet, making it an even better everyday carry. And with added support for the S Pen, the functionality of this phone is on a new level.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 is available for pre-order at cost of $1,799, a lower price than last year’s model.
Galaxy Z Flip3 5G
A new look that everyone will flip for. The Galaxy Z Flip3 boasts a cover screen 4x larger, while still being able to fold into the pocket of your skinniest jeans. With the new Cover Screen now 1.9-inches, you can intuitively interact with notifications without having to open the phone. It also offers new colors and a more powerful processor than its predecessors making it a definite upgrade. And like the Galaxy Z Fold3, the Flip3 is also more durable with an IPX8 water resistance rating.
And can’t forget about Flex Mode, a signature part of the foldable experience. Capture selfies, auto-framing, video chat hands-free, the possibilities are countless with the new Galaxy Z Flip3.
Pre-orders are underway for the Galaxy Z Flip3 with Samsung dropping the price to $999, making it the first foldable available for under $1,000.
Galaxy Watch4 Series
The Galaxy Watch4 is the first Galaxy Watch on the new platform and provides seamless access to you favorite apps on Google Play. It’s a watch that is truly watching out for you. Samsung has been working to make BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology more accessible. And with an amazingly intuitive user interface, you can easily track and understand body composition, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and ECG. If all the health-tracking features weren’t enough, the Galaxy Watch4 Series can track up to 95 different workouts. Come August 27th, my workout and health are going to be on another level.
With two options to select between, the Galaxy Watch4 is listed at $249, while the classier Galaxy Watch4 Classic is available at $349.
It looks as good as it sounds. The Galaxy Buds2 are Samsung’s lightest and smallest buds ever made. With a two-way speaker, ANC Ambient Mode, and advanced call quality, these buds allow you to choose the sounds you want to hear. Available in olive, lavender, graphite, or white, the Galaxy Buds2 have a sleek, fashion-forward design, while remaining secure at all times.
And right now you can pre-order the Galaxy Buds2 at an affordable price of $149.
With so many new features and advancements, it’s hard to pick which products we’re most excited about. From the health-focused features of the Galaxy Watch4 Series to the improved functionality and processing of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Flip3 phones, there’s something for everybody. So either clear your calendar for August 27th or get ahead by pre-ordering the new Samsung products announced at Galaxy Unpacked.
