You can now get Breaking Bad sneakers. Better late than never, I guess.
On Thursday, K-Swiss released three different Breaking Bad-themed sneakers that use the simple Classic 2000 tennis shoe. There will be one pair named the “Recreational Vehicle,” which is based on Jesse Pinkman’s stolen RV (*mobile meth lab not included). The cream-colored sneakers have retro stripes, have a debossed Breaking Bad logo on the tongue, and come in a special bullet hole-riddled box. Yeah, bitch! Sneakers!

Then there are the “Cooking” and “Cleaning” versions that are covered in hazmat suit material like Walter White and Jesse Pinkman wore when they were making their crystal blue meth. These are limited editions, with only 1,144 pairs of Cooking and 1,162 pairs of Cleaning.
The Cooking shoe is bright yellow like the Tyvek suits seen in the show, with a blue zipper on the top and a pink heel buckle. The Breaking Bad logo is on the heel. The midsoles are white, and the outsoles are ice blue, a nod to the crystal blue meth.

The Cleaning shoe is inspired by the rubberized orange cleaning outfits seen Walt and Jesse wore when working in Gus Fring’s super meth lab. You can get the Cooking and Cleaning sneakers HERE.

In 2012, Bryan Cranston wore Breaking Bad sneakers to the Independent Spirit Awards. The custom pair of Chuck Taylor’s had Heisenberg’s face painted on them.

Though Breaking Bad went off the air in 2013, the AMC franchise has remained relevant with Better Call Saul and the 2019 Netflix movie El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie.
