First up today is the Timex 80 Retro Watch which is criminally underpriced at only $59. This is an everyday watch borne from a generation of ‘DeLoreans, Duran Duran, and Donkey Kong’ that was designed to be ”rad’ in every sense of the word’ by utilizing a geometric watch face and steel expansion band combined with Timex durability and trust. This is a watch you can wear with pretty much every outfit you own (Shorts, Jeans, Chinos, Shortleeves, Tanktop, Buttondown, etc.)
The Converse x FOG Essentials Skidgrip Shoe ($120) is my favorite streetwear release of the Summer. It just dropped but you can still pick it up today if you act quick. This is a reboot of the Skidgrip Con-Rad which was a go-to style for skaters and surfers in the 1980s. This Converse x FOG Essentials Skidgrip Shoe is a hightop with a digitally printed archival pattern. It has a padded collar and OrthoLite sock liner (love OrthoLite!), Fear of God ESSENTIALS and Chuck 70 vintage license plates. These look great with jeans or shorts and you can wear them year-round.
Next up is a really cool piece, The Hoodie by Asket ($110), which is about to be your new favorite layer for the next few months. The Hoodie by Asket comes in Navy, Black, and Dusty Green. This has a heavy-weight feel, 100% organic cotton loopback, it’s double lined, and I actually love the removal of the kangaroo pouch pocket that makes this a more streamlined look. Make sure you check out this awesome release from Asket because it could sell out quick.
You can pair that hoodie with the Lululemon ABC Joggers ($128), a pair of pants I’m wearing 3 to 5 days a week at this point. These define what athleisure is capable of in 2020. You can warm-up, workout, and cool down in these pants while also wearing them to work from home, run errands, hit the bar, whatever you choose. These come in a handful of colors and the four-way stretch is designed to naturally move with your body so you get the most out of them while working out.
Here we check out a unique everyday carry pocket knife from Deejo Knives ($70) which features a dope custom blade tattoo. These are some of the most customizable knives on the planet, they are super light, and ideal for everyday carry. They allow you to pick a unique ‘tattoo’ to make the knife your own as well as choosing the blade and handle features.
Next we have the Wood Visor Freshener from Drift ($8), a really cool product that’s only $8 and it is something you probably never realized you need until you discovered it exists.
