This Floating Tent Raft Could Change The Camping Game

Do you hate camping on a rocky ground with creatures crawling and slithering into your tent or rain waters washing out your campsite? There is now a floating tent that will provide you with a comfortable and unique waterbed when you are camping out in the wilderness. The Shoal Tent is a floating tent made by Smithfly that could change the entire camping game. One part tent, one part raft, this floating campsite allows you to safely sail on open waters and just sit back and relax.

This floating raft with a tent topper allows you to set up camp on a pond, lake, or river. The tent is completely inflatable and there are no tent poles to fiddle with, lose or have them puncture the raft. The body of the raft has three air chambers, two in the lower tube, one in the structure. The floor is 6-inches thick for durable sailing and also doubles as your air mattress. The tent topper is waterproof and sealed with heavy duty #8 zippers so you stay dry even when it rains.

The tent is large enough to comfortably accommodate a person up to 6’3″ tall, but taller individuals can lay diagonally if they need more room. The tent/raft weighs approximately 75 pounds. The Shoal Tent is expected to be available for delivery in late December or early January. You can preorder the Shoal Tent at Smithfly for a price of $1,499.
