I’ve been loving the progress I’ve made this month since I started incorporating Huel Black Edition Protein into my regular diet. It’s nice to get 40g of protein, 27 essential vitamins & minerals, and 8g of fiber all in one serving with only 400 calories with the ease of shaking up a shaker bottle. But, what if I wanted to mix things up (or in this case, blend) a little more in the morning?
GET YOUR PROPER PROTEIN WITH HUEL
I’ve been making protein shakes for a long time, so I’ve perfected the ideal mix of ingredients that tastes great and delivers full servings of all the necessary nutrients that your body deserves.
1. Pack in a cup of spinach.
You can eyeball this. Pretty much as much spinach as you can fit. Can’t go wrong with this many leafy green nutrients.
2. Add 1 chopped banana.
Depends on the size of the banana. Just start breaking off chunks until it seems full enough.
3. Add 1 spoonful of smooth peanut butter.
For extra flavor. Chunky PB might be tempting, but it’s gonna be a lot harder to blend.
4. Add your protein.
That means 2 scoops of Huel Black Edition Protein.
5. Add your ice.
2 ice cubes from my tray do it for me.
6. Add 1/2 cup of milk.
I use lactose-free skim milk. My wife uses almond milk. Whatever your preference!
7. Blend until smooth.
Might take a second to get through those ice cubes, but you’ll want to keep going until no visible pieces of spinach remain.
8. Enjoy!
What does it taste like? Vanilla, peanut butter, and banana, of course! Smooth, sweet, creamy, and delicious. The best part is that you can’t taste the spinach at all, but you’re getting all the nutrients that come with that much veg first thing in the morning.
