No one, especially veterans, should be left cold and hungry during the holidays. Here are some concrete efforts that you can make to do your part:

- Offer labor or services: house building/repair work for livable housing/shelters
- Get involved with a non-profit organization: Family Promise, Coalition for the Homeless, Covenant House, StandUp for Kids, The U.S. Veterans Initiative
