A few weeks ago engineers at the car company Lexus claimed they created a real, working hoverboard similar to Marty McFly’s in Back To The Future II. This is serendipitous because 2015 is the year Marty McFly fast-forwards to in the movie, which means yet another futuristic Back to the Future prediction has become a reality.
Today Lexus dropped another teaser, this time with pro skater Ross McGouran showing off what looks like a levitating hoverboard.
We’ll hold our breath that this marketing campaign is real… But hey, then again, who knew that Nike sneakers with powerlaces would be a real thing five year ago?
