Let’s go back to where it all began. A southerner from the gulf coast of Louisiana, Kelly Schexnaildre always had a passion for exceptional food and the experience and community it offers. During the summer of 2012, a buddy gave Kelly half a bushel of peaches. Instead of making the traditional peach items, like a preserves or pie, Kelly decided she was going to try peach habanero hot sauce. Lo and behold, Kelly had a real knack for hot sauces. Her friends and family couldn’t get enough!

In January of 2014, Merfs Condiments came to fruition. In the seven years since, Merfs has not stopped experimenting and delivering bold, new flavors.
For those who swear by green sauce when it comes to condiments, Merfs’ Electric Lime sauce is a must try with its roasted jalapeños and fresh lime juice.
