Welp – Here we are again. The earth has revolved around the sun to bring us back to another Thanksgiving week. Here at BroBible, that means all things Black Friday. Except this Black Friday is going to be much, much different from other Black Fridays. Standing in line at a store for a PS5 or 70 inch TV? In a pandemic? No way. No one wants to deal with malls and all that nonsense this year.
Online is the way to go. Find the deal, tap, pay, and wait for the delivery to show up. Then crack open a beverage of choice and relax.
Most retailers are rolling out their Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals this week, if they haven’t already. A small handful say they’ll do bigger discounting events on the day of Black Friday itself (…trust us, we’re on all their marketing emails) but the gist we get from most brands is that they want people to buy their wares early for the holidays so there isn’t a mad scramble come late December. Shipping timelines are all over the place these days, as you probably have experienced for yourself.
Retailers are encouraging shoppers to buy early to ensure timely delivery for the holiday, which is why everyone is pushing out their Black Friday deals so early this year.
