After four straight days of incessant rain here in Milwaukee, it is finally bright and sunny. Sure, it’s barely 60 degrees, but after torrential downpours/flooding, that calls for shorts. And not just any shorts. We need shorts that pop. Shorts that are a pleasure to put on and brighten up your day after cleaning up water in basements. Shorts that remind us that even better weather is still on the way. The new Breezetech Everywear Short from Chubbies might just be that pair.

The original Everywear Short was already amazing, but Chubbies couldn’t stop there. They had to look out for the tall, tree trunk-thighed men of the world who always need a little extra breeze when/where it counts. The Breezetech upgrade means additional air flow and movement thanks to a mid-weight, perforated fabric that’s also quick-drying.
As one of those tall, tree trunk-thighed men, I can’t imagine wearing a pair of shorts this summer that will perform better than these. Plus, the color choices are really unlocking my preppy sensibilities from my East Coast upbringing. I’d like to pair these with a shandy and some fish tacos.
