It’s National Tequila Day so I figured I’d throw in some tequila recommendations today along with the usual Bourbon recommendations.
Tequila Don Julio ‘Limonada’ Cocktail

You know I had to throw in a delicious Tequila-based cocktail for National Tequila Day. This one was created by mixologist Ben Scorah for Don Julio and it’s perfect for drinking outside by the pool or chilling inside away from the world. The ingredients include:
1 1/2oz. Tequila Don Julio Blanco
3 oz. Cold water
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice (or 1 whole lemon)
8- 10 fresh mint leaves
1- 2 Tsp. Sugar
10-15 Ice cubes
