One of the most interesting chefs in the game right now is Chef Mason Hereford who is based in New Orleans. His sandwich shop Turkey and the Wolf helped put him on the map and now it feels like I blinked and his stardom is exploding.
Chef Mason Hereford was recently a guest on the Iron Chef reboot on Netflix and easily had the most interesting food presentation of any chef in the competition. He fell short of beating Iron Chef Curtis Stone because of Stone’s balanced worldly background but Mason’s presentation was truly out of this world.
