Chelsea Handler has kept her promise to boycott Instagram ever since she posted a topless photo three times there and had it removed every time, but that hasn’t slowed her down when it comes to Twitter as she once again put her boobs on display in a recent tweet.

Handler titled this one, “Exercising my human right to work side by side with my fellow man. #amazon #freethenipple.” She’s really serious about this whole posting topless pics to the Internet thing. Good for her.
