Back in April I started doing yoga every single day and I haven’t looked back. I hit 30 minutes every morning before work, and it has done wonders for my waistline (if you are looking for some good classes online, I love this channel).
But god damn my abs have nothing on Kate Hudson’s, who in an interview with Self Magazine said yoga’s the key to her current body.
And fuck. I mean it when I say it. You could smash a pint glass against those things. LOOK.
