5-year-old cancer survivor scores TD at Browns practice

5-year-old Ryan Encinas is a hero, a lung cancer survivor who has been in remission for two years. The Cleveland Browns wanted to do something special for the young fan. So, on Saturday night in front of thousands, Encinas scored a touchdown.

The heartwarming moment was caught on video.

Here’s a great pic of Encinas celebrated with the team in the endzone.

You may recall that Nebraska did something similar for a young boy with brain cancer. If sports can provide a small relief for these young heroes, then by God, let’s keep doing it.
