Adrian Peterson asked for privacy regarding the abuse of his 2-year-old son in a statement today at Vikings practice. Peterson, fighting back tears, thanked the fans and Vikings organization for their support.
27-year-old Joseph Robert Patterson has been charged in the case with aggravated assault and aggravated assault of an infant. It does not appear as though Peterson’s son will pull through.
