There were many touches stories around college football this weekend as teams prepared for their season with spring football. One of those touching stories came out of Ohio State where Brutus the mascot was given a chance to play quarterback.
Things were going well for dear Brutus. He looked poised in the pocket, ready to unleash his cannon on would-be defenders. But things deteriorated quickly and Brutus valiantly tried to make something out of nothing.
That’s when this happened.
Poor Brutus. Just wanted his One Shining Moment.
