You aren’t the only ones that love It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. A few Chicago brewers do as well. That’s why their new coffee IPA collaboration with Stone Brewing and Two Brothers Brewery is called “Dayman.”
Dayman beer may not be a master of a karate, but it should have the friendship part locked down. Who doesn’t like to enjoy a few drinks with his friends? Much like Solemn Oath’s coffee witbier, this is a boundary-pushing beer. To be more than just an IPA with a hint of coffee takes tremendous skill, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out. The official release date was March 18th, so look for it on shelves soon. I was told to check back Friday, but call your local beer emporium to see where they stand.
