Derrick Rose is back according to fans who saw him make a layup last night. Because making a layup in preseason is a totally good indicator you guys.
Rose has not played a meaningful game since tearing his ACL against the 76ers in the 2012 playoffs. He returned to full contact in January of this year but refused to play because he didn’t feel comfortable. Now he’s making highlight reel plays in traffic.
Nothing says “rigors of the NBA” like a preseason game against the Pistons. But “he’s back” and I guess that’s noteworthy. Right?
