Hector Lombard is a middleweight MMA fighter for the UFC. He’s quite good with a record of 32-4-1 though his best years are clearly behind him. His work ethic combined with his punishing style has taken a toll on the body.

Cauliflower ear is the result of a blood clot or too much fluid in the outer portion of the ear and OH MY GOD WHAT THE F-CK IS THAT? I hate myself for posting this.
