The always quirky J.R. Smith gave us one epic celebration last night. Following a 1st-quarter buzzer beater that stretched the Knicks lead to 6, J.R. did this bizarre wind up, hail to the heavens.
It was the most J.R. Smith thing ever.
The Knicks went on to defeat the Celtics 87-71 to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. Boston looks disinterested and last night’s miserable 23-point second half effort may have shut the door on their season.
