LSU outfielder Jared Foster makes stupendous catch of the year candidate

Not only did LSU left fielder Jared Foster make a spectacular diving catch, but it also ensured that his team won the game. Foster came into the game in the eighth inning as a defensive replacement on Friday night against Texas A&M and it was a genius decision. The Aggies were down by four runs heading into the ninth inning, but tied the game and looked inevitable to win the game with the bases loaded. However they made the mistake of hitting the ball in Foster’s vicinity. The hitter smacked the ball deep down the left field line and Foster turned in one of the greatest catches you’ll ever lay eyes upon. That amazing leaping catch would stop the rally and allow the Tigers to win the game in the 10th inning by the score of 5-4.
