There isn’t a whole lot we haven’t seen in this new Thor: The Dark World trailer, but the small peek we get at the villian, Malekith the Accursed, is a little bit interesting. For those unfamiliar, Malekith the Accursed is the ruler of the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim and in the comics has been one of Thor’s nemeses, and at one point held an alliance with Loki. The clip doesn’t show any real detail as to his role or relationships, but we do get a brief glimpse of him right around the 0:21 mark.
Thor: The Dark World will be released on November 8, 2013.
