Rick Forney of the Winnipeg Goldeyes is a hothead, a manager incapable of restraint following ejections. It’s led to some memorable meltdowns, one that included a theft of first base. This one from Saturday night was highlighted by Forney throwing a wad of chew on home plate.
The Goldeyes went on to lose the game 12-5 and were outscored in the series 28-10. Perhaps Forney should chill out on the tobacco tossing and oh, nevermind. Toss your Skoal at whomever you please sir!
