Last night a Padres fan risked life, limb and designer sunglasses for a home run ball. Somewhere along the way he also lost his pride.
The leap of faith took place in the 8th inning when Jason Heyward sent a ball deep into the center field seats. The ball caromed and found its way near some shrubs. This is where our hero shines.
