I woke up this morning, tried to look for an uplifting story. Something that would make you feel good about the long week. Something that would make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Then I saw this terrible video of a man punching a pregnant cashier in the face. And now I’m just pissed. Really pissed.
Man, people are the worst. The absolute worst sometimes. Thankfully, this story has a somewhat happy ending. Because the video went viral and because it was so clear, police received several tips—and what do you know, they caught the asshole after just a few hours.
Note to would-be punchers of pregnant cashiers:
1) don’t do that
2) don’t ever do that
3) you’re going to get caught
4) do us a favor and eliminate yourself from the gene pool
