Actually it looks pretty cool. Scope the trailer here. Let’s be frank: if you’re not watching HBO, you’re not getting the most out of your TV. The network has the largest percentage of must-see TV on the air right now, and it looks like they’re about to add to it with True Detective. The eight-episode series stars McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as a pair of detectives who trail a serial killer in Louisiana for seventeen years. We’ve seen a couple trailers for the show, but this one is the best by far, giving us a keen look into the characters and their world. True Detective premieres on January 12th.
