Michael Jordan is 51 and hasn’t played in the NBA since 2003, yet here he is draining 11 shots in a row while giving a lecture at his Flight School basketball camp like it ain’t no thing.
Now there are these videos floating around the Internet today showing that Kobe Bryant is pretty much Michael Jordan’s twin on the basketball court, but what this video reminded me of (and don’t ask how I know this) was when Kobe appeared in a skit for the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards where he simply couldn’t miss a shot. It made my conspiratorial mind wonder if MJ hadn’t also seen that skit and decided to one-up Kobe by doing it in real life. He is arguably the most competitive man on the planet after all.
