‘The Brain’ suffers another freak injury

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that restling legend Bobby “The Brain” Heenan suffered a broken shoulder after falling while getting out of bed on April 24th in Las Vegas. Heenan and his family were in Vegas visiting for a wedding and Heenan ended up missing the affair after spending the day in the hospital.

Heenan suffered a broken back when he fell late last year. It’s believed that the cause of his brittle bones is from the extensive cancer treatments over the last few years.

The good news is that even with all his health issues, the Brain remains in good spirits. We wish him good health.

WWE officials have been pressing all Superstars, and even NXT and developmental talents, to name their finishing moves. The word from inside WWE offices is that the WWE wants to trademark as many of these as possible because, while they can’t trademark names for classic wrestling moves, they can trademark those moves if they go by a specific name.
