On Tuesday night, Afroman was performing in Biloxi, Mississippi and an enthusiastic fan jumped on stage just to dance. For no reason at all, the rapper violently swings and smashes the defenseless girl with a heinous right-handed haymaker to her face. The one-hit wonder musician then casually continues playing his guitar as if he nearly didn’t just paralyze a girl seconds earlier.
Somehow the girl was able to get off the stage after being walloped. However witnesses say that the victim was bleeding and crying.
The rest of the show was canceled when cops arrived on the scene to arrest the “Because I Got High” singer. Afroman, who’s real name is Joseph Edgar Foreman, was booked for assault, but was released late Tuesday after posting $330 bond.
Afroman’s scumbag rep said a lack of security was to blame for the abhorrent act of violence:
“This was a completely involuntary reflex reaction to people infringing on his stage space. It was uncharacteristic behavior that was initiated by outside uncontrolled forces.”
That attack was totally unprovoked and it was just some young girl dancing to his music several feet away from him and posed no threat to Afroman. Completely unwarranted and absolutely reprehensible.
