Dubai’s answer to our One World Trade Center parachutists are these lunatics, who broke a new Guinness world record on Monday by jumping off the 2,717-foot building. Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen jumped twice—just to make sure you know they have a death wish—in what they say were the culmination of one year of preparation and the cooperation of Skydive Dubai.
