“What I did, basically, for money was I just started with stolen clothes and it evolved into stolen car parts and then into stolen cars as a whole and I was scrambling to make money and find the next idea. Then I figured ‘why not just skip all of that and just make my own money directly.'”
And so that’s just what Frank Bourassa did — he learned how to print his own money, ironically, by researching how to on government websites.
