Biting into something that’s mad-spicy when you were expecting it to just be “meh” is awful. Have you ever swallowed a spoonful of Tabasco sauce? It’s like tossing Satan’s salad after he’s taken a giant dump and let the bits and pieces of the exiting turd sit and get crusty on his butthole. It’s total hell. Now imagine doing that, but having it be a complete surprise.
