Quitting a job is sometimes difficult. What if you don’t hate it? What if you’re just leaving because you got a better job, or you’re moving, or you’ve banged every chick in the place and it’s getting super awkward? People leave jobs for good reasons all the time.
Mark Herman, a newscast director at KOLD in Arizona, starts a new job at WKRN in Nashville, Tennessee later this month. Herman announced his resignation during an afternoon meeting. He even brought cake! The cake had Herman’s letter baked onto the top.
Herman posted a photo of the cake on Reddit.
Herman explained that “nobody can be mad or sad at a cake.” Truer words have never been baked.
