Here’s The Bro As Hell Note George H.W. Bush Left For Bill Clinton On His Last Day In Office

Say what you will about the American system of democracy — it’s inherently intransigent, it locks leaders into a perpetual campaign, it’s actually undemocratic as fuck — you can’t deny that it’s one of the few governments in the world that allows for the peaceful transition of power to between different parties.

(Minus that uhhhh whole uhhh Civil War thing.)

Other parties don’t need to stage coups to get their way, and that’s good, I guess.

After the 1992 election, when incumbent George H.W. Bush was defeated, Democrats held control of the presidency, the House, and the Senate, the trifecta needed to implement change in this country.

You think Bush was pissed? Probably. But dude is class, and on his last day in office, he left Bill Clinton this note, which is now making the internet rounds.

Bro as all fucking hell? Hell yea that is.

As many people noted on Twitter in response, when Clinton left the White House for Bush’s son, his staffers booby trapped the entire place, gluing doors shut and removing the W off every computer keyboard.

Which, in my estimation, also Bro as fuck.
