You know that old granny lady from Dead Silence who kills people for screaming and is a general bad bitch? She’s the pretty lady in the photo above, but if you haven’t seen the movie here she is in action:
Yeah, that’s what I picture when I read the words “Granny the Ripper.” Look at that lady. She’s horrifying. I’d piss myself on the spot if someone looking even half as gruesome as that came boundin’ outta my closet to give me a kiss (read: devour my soul). Tamara Samsonova, 67, might not quite look that horrifying, but the fact that she’s allegedly killed over 10 people in a 20 year span…well, that’s fucked up enough for me to feel a confusing mixture of admiration and horror. But let’s be real – mostly admiration.

Tamara Samsonova, 67, is said to have kept a diary of the grisly crimes she allegedly carried out in St Petersburg.
The suspected serial killer was held in Russia’s second city this week after CCTVfootage emerged, allegedly showing her carrying the body parts of an elderly woman in a black plastic bag…
Samsonova was detained after the headless body of 79 year old Valentina Ulanova – for whom she was a carer – was found near a pond on Dimitrova Street in St Petersburg.(via)
What did the elderly lady do to deserve such a gruesome death? Cheat during a game of bridge? Step on the petunia’s Tamara had just planted? Insulted her dentures? No idea, chick is D-E-D dead. Why you thought I had an answer to that question is beyond me.
According to Mirror, police are now going through all unsolved cases from the past 20 years to see if any of Tamara’s diary entries appear to match with them. Supposedly Tamara admits to committing the murders described in her diary, although she won’t go into detail. Clever girl. Play this up for all it’s worth, y’know? Make sure to drag it out as long as possible to see if anyone in Hollywood will make a movie out of your story. Broker a deal to get royalties. Don’t know how any of that’s gonna work if she’s locked up in prison, but hey – I’m just here with ideas. I never said they’d be practical.
