This is a surprisingly helpful guide to knowing how long it’s cool to keep stuff in your fridge. I have to be honest, though: I’ve definitely eaten pizza that’s at least a week old. It gets a little bit of a crunch when it’s cold for that long. And I’m still here, blogging my balls off.
