Guess Which ‘High School Musical’ Cast Member Is Going To Jail For 18 Months For Assault With A Dangerous Weapon ☺

Justin Martin, a small-time actor whose biggest roles include the part of “Donny Don” in High School Musical 3 and Will in the Denzel Washington movie Flight, has been sentenced to 18 months in jail after pleading guilty to five separate charges, all of which include guns. TMZ reports that Martin was originally arrested in July, however he managed to give officers a chase before he was detained:

The Suffolk County D.A.’s office tells us Martin appeared in court Tuesday for sentencing. In addition to the jail time … he also got one year probation, during which he has to lay off drugs and booze and stay away from the scene of the crime.

As we reported back in July … Martin ran away from cops in Boston and pointed a gun at officers before he was chased and captured. He pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a gun and ammunition, carrying a loaded gun and firing a gun near a building.

The presiding district attorney for the case reportedly intended to have Martin behind bars for three years, however by pleading guilty he was able to negotiate for a lighter sentence.
