Pretty solid little video here from the folks at Business Insider. They sat down with a former FBI negotiator to analyze what makes a liar a liar. That rule of three “yeses” to spot someone stretching the truth is a doozy.

The guy dishing knowledge is, a former FBI negotiator who now runs a private negotiation group. Seems like a good guy to have on speed dial if, say, you happen to get held hostage by third country arms dealers or Russian mobsters.
